  •  Identify and explore the Implementation Phase

Business case review, risk review, deliverables sign-off requirements, monitoring actual v baseline costs, quality, time; project status reports, issues and risk log updates, Gantt update, communications plan updates, change requests log, when to call a halt, causes of project failure


  • Identify and explore the Handover and Close Down Phase

Preparing for handover of deliverables, planning for sign-off of acceptance, lessons learned, post project review, identify follow-on actions, communicate project completion and success internally and externally

Do you consider yourself a creative leader? Being creative, releasing creativity and encouraging others to develop their creative side is not a term that just applies to artists, musicians, dancers and design specialists.

We all have the ability to be creative and when placed in a situation that is stressful or potentially life threatening, we become most creative. Think of a time when you saw something that you really wanted.... really wanted. How creative were you in order to attain the very thing you really couldn't do without.
