For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 ("the Act"), the data controller is Janet Woodjetts trading as Corti Coaching and Training Solutions of 414 Portland Road, Hove, East Sussex BN3 5SJ. We are registered under the Act and our registration number is Z1951566.
We may collect and process the following data about you:
- If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence (including emails) and the details in it.
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on our website or otherwise.
- Personal details that you provide to us for investigating and/or requesting products or services from us.
- Details of products and/or services that we provide for you and information you provide before, during the course of, and after those products and/or services are provided.
- Testimonials that you provide regarding our products and/or services.
- Photographs that are taken of you in relation to our products and/or services.
- Details of your visits to our website and the resources that you access.
We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual. For the same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. If you would prefer for us not to do this, you may refuse to accept cookies by activating the setting on your browser which allows you to refuse the setting of cookies. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system may issue cookies when you access our website.

- To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.

If you are an existing client, we may (unless you ask us not to) contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information about products and/or services similar to those which were the subject of a previous sale to you.
If you are a new client, we will contact you by electronic means only if you have consented to this.
If you do not want us to use your data in this way, please let us know.
We may also use and/or publish any testimonials you provide us with and any photographs that are taken of you in relation to the products and/or services we provide. If you do not wish your testimonials and/or photographs to be used and/or published by us, please let us know.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties:
- In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
- If our business, or substantially all of its assets, is acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by us will be one of the transferred assets.

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
